- Access to online knowledge base and video library
- Included with all NEON packages
Live-Chat Support
- Includes Online Support
- Chat with support staff online between the hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday, coast to coast
- Web-based or on-location training is required to use this option
- $50/month per 2 staff users
- 3-month minimum required
Phone Support
- Includes Online Support
- Includes Live Chat Support
- Speak with support staff online between the hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday, coast to coast
- Web-based or on-location training is required to use this option
- $95/month per 2 staff users
- 3-month minimum required
